Congrats to y'all from this investor of NETG, this is a better deal for DCLK than NETG. I was expect a buyout @ 40+. On the long run, DCLK+Abacus+NETG combination will be awesome. TFSM and FCST must be shaking in their boots right now.( or better yet, preparing a counter- bid ! :)
