"The Financials" One Reporter's Opinion, Vol 2 Part 2
On the negative side, those are not financials in any way, shape or form. They are incomplete because the do not reflect all of the activities of the company. They lack even minimal detail one would expect, even from "considated" financials.
On the positive side, the do not appear to be pie-in-the-sky projections, but are rather conservative. They do show that the company is making money. The loss the first year seems appropriate given the other numbers.
IMHO Helene said it best when she said she bought this stock for its future, not its past, nor its present. I agree.
I want more information than we got today. Every thinking person wants more. If the company follows through with its commitment to do a registration very soon (I expect it by the end of the month...), we should get what we want in that document.
What to do until then? IMHO there are only two rational alternatives: Either hold and pray, or sell and find another stock or investment to gamble on.
I spent this morning running errands, one of which was to transfer some funds so I can be positioned to take advantage of the buying opportunity I see developing in the next couple of weeks...no more "free shares" for me, grin.
The above is the result of my brain working the matter over, your results may vary.
