Oh, right an incentive program to cruise the Regurgitating Bull. With such choice gems as this:

As has been discussed in HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of posts here and elsewhere, including on the company's web site and it numerous statements by the company, a reverse split is NOT being seriously considered.

One way MIGHT be to spin off each of the subsidiaries. Then each individual company would have the fraction of the shares of the parent company which it represented. That might work. Especially if you add increased value to the company itself, thus increasing the shares' value.

The reverse split that is not a reverse split because if you don't call it that, then it must not be one. Never mind that at the end of the day people are left with fewer shares in the spin off company than they started with in the original company. But alas if that is to fly each spin off must be fully reporting from day one. What are the odds of that happening? Hahahaha.

With double talk like that, double talk that only a mother could pretend to understand, how could you stop the stampede of people flocking to gawk at the curious specimens roaming the intellectual Jurassic Park. Careful not to step in the do.
