"Meet the Management" meeting July 20, 1999

The PanAmerican BanCorp "Meet the Management" meeting featuring Charles Vaccaro, President of PanAmerican BanCorp's Insider Trading, will take place on Tuesday, July 20, 1999 from 2-3pm EST. PanAmerican BanCorp invites shareholders and other interested parties to attend and participate in the meeting. Participants will be able to ask questions and receive answers in a real time chat with Mr. Vaccaro and PanAmerican BanCorp representatives, as well as view real time video of the meeting.
During the meeting, Mr. Vaccaro and PanAmerican BanCorp representatives will answer questions about Insider Trading services only, including Insider Trading day trading rooms and remote trading services. As the Insider Trading franchise memorandum (UFOC) is not yet finalized, Mr. Vaccaro and PanAmerican BanCorp representatives are not legally allowed to discuss this topic with the general public. Therefore, any questions asked about the Insider Trading franchise agreement, as well as any questions about other off-topic subjects, such as PABN financials, will be disregarded. Please note that all financial questions can be addressed to Ken Christian, Acting Chief Financial Officer, at the next Meet the Management meeting on August 24. |
