okay, your explanation makes it a little clearer what the problem is. If you did not receive an email about the price increase...than WiT does not have your proper email address or is sending to wrong place. Did you talk to the message center at WIT or did you actually get through to Customer Service? If you talked to message center...you will not get a response for several days and it will not be satisfactory.

Now, I must ask...did you submit a Conditional Offer for ENGAGE? I know that seems like an obvious question. If you did not submit an offer. You will not receive any emails at all. If you did submit an offer...you should have received an email about the price increase.
Only a very few and lucky people receive an Affirmation Request. This is the email everyone wants to get...but only a few will receive.
And even if you did get an AR it does not mean you will receive any shares.
