Questions for Mr. Vaccaro must be directed to the moderator
privately, who will then post the question and answer publicly for all to see. Attendees will be able to view a list of all participants and can chat amongst each other via private messages. Any private messages to/from meeting participants other than Mr. Vaccaro will not be entered into the meeting transcript.

Now isn't that sweet. They are telling shareholders that they will be censoring the posted transcript. Why not have people submit questions 24-48 hours prior to the meeting and have the list on public display? This will decrease repetitive questions, streamline the meeting, making it more productive as the company could have prepared answers for questions that were asked. This would also require a more timely response by the company in providing answers to the MTM questions. They still have not posted answers to the meeting that occurred 3 weeks ago.
