When I said that I hoped that the negotiations with Egypt are going well I was referring to a statement in the Annual Report. In the section discussing Perceptronic's Backlog as of March 31, 1999, the report stated: "The Company currently has a proposal outstanding for a large foreign training system contract with the Government of Eqypt with negotiations scheduled to start in July 1999. The award of this contract, while promising is not a certainty." I feel that it is very important for Perceptronics to obtain a favorable "large" contract at this time to help support the IC3D development and marketing. IMO Dave
