I'm down to about 30% of my original position and the stock could go pretty close to zero before I'd be in danger of actually loosing money on this one. The remaining 30% is a long termer.

As to Telechart, They run adds regularly in IBD offering the software for free. You have to pay a monthly charge to be able to update it from their DB though, without which the software would be pretty useless. Their toll free number for sales is 1-800-776-4940.
