From IPO Central....

"WebTrends Corporation (formerly e.g. Software) answers the who, what, when, where, and how about corporate Web sites. Its flagship WebTrends Professional Suite allows businesses to profile and fine-tune their sites by determining who is accessing a site, what pages visitors view most, and when a problem is about to occur. It can also log where employees go on the Internet and how users access a company's site. WebTrends Enterprise analyzes e-commerce functions and allows users to combine site analysis data with existing company databases. Customers include AT&T, Boeing, IBM, Playboy Enterprises, and NASA. Co-founders Elijahu Shapira and Glen Boyd each own nearly 48% of WebTrends prior to its planned IPO"

With the increased competition on attracting customers, analyzing trends should be of ever increased value... should be interesting to see how this one does...

best regards
amein
