Good call. Eli was certainly trying to hedge his bet. I wonder if he got the shares off before the NTIQ implosion. I don't know what shares he has sold over the last year and a half, but you may remember that the insiders sold 1.25 million shares on May 12, 1999. Close to 300,000 of these shares were sold by Eli Shapira:

I can't believe that they didn't negotiate an out as part of the Merger Agreement. While I still feel that the deal may get sweetened, I have not yet picked up any WEBT. Waiting for the market to turn.
