Adair International Reaches Agreement on Power Plant Site in Southern California HOUSTON, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Adair International Oil & Gas, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AIGI - news) has reached an agreement on a 40 acre site in Southern California whereby ADAIR and associate will begin a detail feasibility in order to construct a 500 MW natural gas fired power plant. ''The preliminary study has been completed and reaching this agreement on the land is a major next step in our project development,'' states Adair.
ADAIR also states it has complied with all eligibility rule requirements for an over the counter Bulletin Board Company and will file its Audited Financial Statement (10K) on time by August 31, 1999. The goal of ADAIR is to be fully Nasdaq quoted within the next 12 months.
