Gary, you asked for a brief snapshot of the company when I first started buying Perceptronics stock. Revenues for the fiscal year ended March 31, 1988 was $57,046,000 with net income of $1,563,000 or $0.44 per share. There were 3,568,000 shares outstanding at that time.

I paid $1.75 per share in July 1990 and $4.50 in May 1991. The stock price rose to $5.00 per share in June or July of 1991 and reached a low of $0.10 per share in February 1997.

I suppose none of this is of much relevance now but may be of interest to some of you. (It's a story of ups and downs ..... dreams and disappointments ..... so far more disappointments but the dreams are still alive!)
