Certainly no need to chastise your children when they are developmental. However, when they are 40 and still sitting around your house watching TV and saying they are going to be starting a franchise operation or be applying for a Federal thrift any day now, will you still be so charitable in forgiving their shiftlessness? This company has been given more than enough time to accomplish something. Have you noticed that they still have not reported any audited financials as yet? Will you be turning over your finances to your children and not expect an accounting? Will you afford them the same degree of confidence that they are working in your best interests and not theirs? Will you be satisfied with their pro forma statements of your assets?
