Intasys Contract With Call Sciences, Inc. Worth Minimum $600,000

ATLANTA, GEORGIA--Intasys Corporation (Nasdaq: INTA) has licensed JBill, its proprietary billing system, to Call Sciences, Inc., an international provider of
enhanced telecommunications services.

Philip Davis, President of Intasys Corporation, said the agreementcalls for payments of a minimum of $600,000 to Intasys over the initial three-year term of the license.

Call Sciences, Inc., based in Edison, N.J. and with offices in theUnited Kingdom, offers a services platform which unifies multiple applications such as voice, fax and
e-mail messaging over global networks.

Intasys has installed its JBill customer care database and billingserver components at the New Jersey headquarters of Call Sciences. Customer service representatives of
Call Sciences in the U.S. andthe U.K. now are able to access this single customer database using JBill's Java browser interface, and are able to separately manage their
respective customer service territories because of JBill's capacity to create separate partitions of customer information.

In addition, JBill has been integrated into Call Sciences' online management system, enabling the latter's subscribers to manage their telecommunications services via the
Internet.

Mr. Davis of Intasys Corporation said the successful deployment and operation of JBill on behalf of Call Sciences, Inc. has provedonce again the versatility and
cost-effectiveness of the Intasys billing system. "What we've been able to do, in concert with CallSciences, is provide convenient access to a single data base for multiple
customer-care locations on two continents through the medium of browser-enabled work stations."
