I searched SI for this company and could not find it, so here it is.

The company has created billing software that is becoming popular. The nice thing about this licensing of the software, besides having their one time license fee, they also get monthly revenues from the number of subscribers being billed on their system. This will create continuous revenue as they grow. The following is an excerpt from one of their press releases.

>>>Frank Strong, president of INTASYS. ''The INTASYS system allows
telecommunications companies to compete effectively in this new
competitive environment by enabling clients to offer their customers a
variety of telecommunication and bulk resale services including, among
others, digital and analog cellular, fixed-wire, long distance, cable,
Internet, SMR and satellite on an individual and/or bundled basis.''<<<

I think the company has good prospects for future growth and warrants further looking into. I would appreciate info from others also interested in this company. You may also go "www.intasys.com"

This is not a solicitation to buy or sell securities. It is advised that all investors do their own due diligence before investing in this company. Having said that, I feel better.
