Now here is the really cool thing about being a PFCK shareholder: As early as this week or next week, there will be an announcement regarding a dividend payable to PFCK shareholders. For each 100 shares that PFCK shareholders own they will get one share of stock as a dividend of the IPO of Solutions Media. IE... if you own 50K PFCK, you get 500 shares of Solutions Media. Solutions Media has several underwriters interested and it is expected to be announced shortly (week or two) who the underwriter will be. Solutions Media is going on NASDAQ. Offering price is still up in the air, but depending on how the internet Companies are running, it could go in the double digits. The amount of money to be made on this IPO dividend is amazing regardless of how well the IPO performs. The STOCK IS PAID OUT BEFORE THE stock goes on the market.
