This thread is for discussion of Peacock Financial (PFCK), a small real estate development and construction company, which has just announced approval of a deal in which Hawthorne Group, a legitimate private investment company, will acquire a 50 % stock position, and loan $50 million to the Company to fuel its growth. This is a huge transaction for such a small company, and the stock is moving steadily up. Hawthorne is known to be quite savvy, and stands to gain hugely from a big increase in PFCK's value.
