(OTC Bulletin Board: TMXU - news) today has reported that it has signed a major new contract for telephone traffic using its high quality laser network that connects the United States and Mexico. The contract with Rapid Link USA, Inc. a major telecommunications company providing telephone service between the United States and Mexico, calls for an usage level of six million minutes per month which will result in additional gross revenues to TMEX in excess of $9 million per year.
