I read it before I posted to you, but I cannot view it very well.

I don't know how to adjust the fonts on Navigator. I've been playing around with ADX for several years and it's only just hit me (at someone else's suggestion) that the 14 Period number that Wilder used should be different for each Time Frame that one might be looking at. That is really what I was wondering.

As for me, I still don't have a good take on which Period to use for which Time Frame.

That's what I was fiddling with since yesterday, by chance. So when I read that the Grail Method incorporated ADX I was curious about it.

<which I recall you didn't like very much>

I don't know what methodology Raschke uses, I never read any of her techniques. Most of what I use is purely home grown or derived from the work of traders who aren't as well known. I've tried reading Eng, DeMark and a score of other authors but I seem to get better results when the person who is describing the technique is more accessible. The people I know are always available by phone, fax, and e-mail.

So if I don't quite "get" it, I can easily get through and exchange ideas. I don't feel like I am trying to make someone else's system work. Instead I tend to feel like I have some ownership over it and I understand it better.
