Could be many reasons.

The internet sector is getting hammered.
Many on margin have to sell good stocks to cover their other positions.
Internet Mutual Fund redemptions.
Stock has had a good run and we'll have profit taking.
Momentum left.
Not many buyers in todays market environment so we only have supply with no demand.

Oh we'll I guess we won't see $85 this month. A ray of light is this was not as bad as the 18% loss in Jan on 4+ million shares (of course there is always tomorrow).
