Introduction Market Data Compact

Checkpoint is a Israeli based, vc funded internet firewall company, that I believe is going to have an IPO this summer. Does anybody know the particulars of their offering (who are the two lead underwriters, pricing range, etc.)? Checdkpoint's firewall is the market leader in an exploding field. Raptor is one of their primary competitors, and recently went public at an insane valuation.
