Well, try this - On Windows 98 click START>SETTINGS>CONTROL PANEL>click DISPLAY icon>select APPEARANCE tab>find SCHEME and select WINDOWS STANDARD (Large or Extra Large) and see if it helps. What you are describing should be changeable. I know the settings can be fixed but it's not a browser thing...it's a setting on the computer itself...
