It is being repeated for the purpose of causing people to panic and sell their shares so the price will go down so the people repeating the lie can buy in at a lower price. 3. jhild also claims that the NASD and SEC are in a conspiracy with PABN and the mob to defraud the public...obviously he has misplaced his marbles... 4. If the mob was involved the SEC would not have allowed Gold Country or Insider-Trading to conduct business. I-T has been conducting business publicly since December 4, 1998. Gold Country is now licensed in 37 states. It is kind of stupid to believe the mob is involved in a company like this one. People have been "reporting" this company to the SEC for over a year. Just look back at the early posts on this thread from Dragonfire and Le Jaguar if you don't believe me. Of course you have to believe that their claims are true...and recently Cele_16 has claimed several times that she has reported the company to the SEC. That's just to name a few of the paid bashers who have been convicted of telling lies who have claimed that the SEC was investigating PABN. Bottom line: The SEC knows about PABN. If there was something wrong (such as the mob) they would have taken action. ragingbull.com Jabba is jabbering again.... it sure would be nice if he got half the stories he told straight.
