Answering them is a fool's errand . . .

Well Mr. Jabba the Tout, look who feels up the the task though. No bigger fool than yourself. The kind of fool that substitutes ad hominem attacks and personal disparagements for linked proof. The kind of person that defends the company line regardless of the damage to common sense and logic. So of course your answers come off making you look like a fool. If you would bother to do research other than visiting the company web site, or attending prepared-by-the-company-for-stockholder events, you might have some answers here other than your spewing of the company line.

I think were it up to you the Form D would remain hidden from public discussion. (http://www.geocities.com/WallStreet/Bank/5144/) This is a document that you cried was a fraud because it was so poorly constructed and contained information that couldn't be right. Until of course that it be came so public that after sending off for your own copy, discovering that the online version was accurate and complete, you now would contradict the statements signed by that "genius" Johnny Schmitz. (Your description of the man, not mine.)

Never mind that the penalties for signing such a statement with misstatements for which the signer knew, or should have known, were false can result in jail time up to 5 years.

Further you have defended the sale of this 100M shares as being at a reasonable strike price, despite the immediate subsequent run up and despite earlier assertions by the company that they were making money.

You claimed the shares were restricted for a year despite there not being any such language or share legends called out in the offering.

You claimed only 53 Million of the 100 million were subscribed, despite there being no such corroboration from the company, other than John's waffling memory lapse that he didn't know how many shares were sold in the placement. (Right. Just like he can't seem to remember what the number of shares outstanding is either.)

In short you have at every turn attempted to discredit and diminish the only filing the company has made to date about it's financial condition and capital structure. You have done violence to common sense, logic, and the truth in your sorry attempts to twist the facts into something you so desperately want others to believe. Which raises the likelihood in my mind that you may well be a bought voice on these threads, promoting PABN/PRWT. (You have after all publicly offered yourself for employment with them.)

I suppose since it doesn't say on the company web site that PABN/PRWT is a MOB project, that it cannot possibly be. So no need to look elsewhere to make sure. No need to heighten your antennae when you see involvement of others, like Fausto Faustino Frank Pugliese (a man with two separate broker registrations and time at Stratton Oakmont on his résumé) or Charlie Vaccaro (who started his three years of experience in the brokerage business at Greenway Capital) - both previous employees of firms that have been fined out of existence?

I already know what your answer is. It's the over the shoulder running at warp speed "Harassment, harassment, boo hoo, they are harassing me with the facts again." You deliver it time and again every time you want to hide out from the facts.
