Sorry I didn't make it clear about the mini ..... I have no idea about the liquidity .... on the live chart (free section) of QCharts there was enough appreciable volume on the chart to register on the scale for the Dec whereas the Sept hardly moved enough to see (of course this is a relative scale, too) .
