Partnership Will Provide Customers With Comprehensive Billing And Intelligence Solutions

Intasys Corporation INTA today announced it has entered into an agreement with Primal Systems, Inc., a leading
provider of Internet-enabled customer intelligence management solutions, to support each other by integrating Primal's
Outfront(TM) product with Intasys' JBill customer service and billing system.

Intasys INTA designs, develops and markets convergent billing systems and other customer care products, primarily
for the telecommunications industry.

Philip Davis, President of Intasys, said: "Bundling Outfront's back-office customer intelligence and management
solution with our JBill system provides our customers with comprehensive insight into understanding who their
high-value customers are and why, as well as further intelligence into key business issues such as a customer's
