PABN TEAM - clubs.yahoo.com

Hi PABNers,

As you know, Anne and I had a meeting with PABN today. I can tell you that we left the meeting feeling very good about John, his team, and the direction that PABN is going. We spent close to 4 hours getting to know each other and the issues of the company. Basically, as he explained it to us, since he has taken the company over, he's had to resolve issues, gather his team together and get everyone in sync with each other as well as the company plans. Now that everyone is on the same page and the internal matters are resolved, he can focus on taking control of the company in regard to news and resolving shareholder issues. My impression is that he is in total control and is making great strides in accomplishing those goals. I feel that from this point on all reasonable shareholder concerns will be addressed in a timely manner and PABN will not be so passive in responding.

I know you are eager to hear the answers to your questions. What we have done is given the complete list to John and he has assured me that he would send answers to me via email on Friday. I wanted to give John time to answer these questions himself and in more depth than 'yes' and 'no.' He felt the questions were very good and they confirmed to him exactly what the shareholder's issues are. We have also made John aware that he and PABN need to keep the shareholders abreast of what is going on and he agreed and told us he would do that. In addition, we all came to the conclusion that we need to find the most efficient way for PABN to access the shareholder's thoughts and concerns. I am considering what the best option is but until I come up with something better than what we have, we will continue to use the PABN message board and I will continue to communicate with them regularly via email.

Basically, I want to let people know that it was important that I got to know John and his plans for the company. I think that it is essential to know exactly what his motives are and I feel that they are genuinely headed in the right direction. He's an intelligent man and I feel that his vision is right on target. He has assured me that his management team is all on the same track and that they will do everything in their power to make this the strongest company they can.
