The company also sold 1,250,000 shares in May and is sitting on approximately $81.0 MM, or about $6.50 per share. I am not saying that the stock is not a good short. After all, sales and EPS for the first quarter were $3.0 MM and $.02 per share, respectively. Annualize those numbers and WEBT is selling at approximately 35 times sales and has a PE close to 400. Given the cash, I'd gladly pay $10-$12 for the stock. :)
