Last I looked AFFX options were even "fatter" than INCY opions.... but I like your thinking! I'm bullish on INCY anyway, and feel there may also be other events driving it higher besides the court case... hence more than one possible driver. That said, I have no clue what's up... let me check my notes from the analysts conference, I believe there should be something said any time... and a pushout of the battle will probably be "no news", where as a dismissal in favor of INCY would be huge upside news [hopefully]... and would likely be followed very quickly by a flurry of announcements by INCY of chip deals... Thats my thinking in any case. DAK
