Once again you miss the point. (Why should I be surprised any more?) These classes are not for their clients (as you suggest, nor as it was described), but rather for their franchisees. So I will say again, why would they seek out partners that would operate their franchises who are unfamiliar with Windows. The success of each franchise reflects on all franchise operations. This is not a formula for success. (PS: But you must admit it was a nice palindrome.)
