PABN UPDATE:OUTSTANDING SHARES 1,021,783,365

Seems that this number was reported SEVERAL weeks ago (and mistakenly as the authorized share count)......but after the usual arm waving there was never any follow through to properly discount this figure, yet it was forgotten.

The number you quote as being authorized, "1,018,000,000" is a bit odd for an "authorized" number. Looks more like a number for the "issued" shares, which is a different thing entirely, but one which many confuse with "authorized."

The two most recently quoted numbers for "authorized" have been 1,100,000,000 and 1,750,000,000. As of today, according to the Company's FAQ at panambancorp.com

"Distribution of shares
There are approximately 820 million shares outstanding of which almost 300 million are in the public float. The balance is closely held. The total number of shares authorized is 1.1 billion."

The company is still reporting 1.1 billion. And we all know the 1.75 billion figure comes from the Form D and PPM. Now the TA is saying 1.018 billion. IMHO someone along the way has either misunderstood something or is misinformed. It is too late today to make the necessary phone calls. Maybe tomorrow.

funny, I never saw any post from PCM where he claimed to have called the TA and clear up this misunderstanding regarding the ballooning share count. I wonder why this is......
