Mostly Aikido and Karate.

But it's been several years, I quit when I broke my wrist once with a wild punch that hit a steel column.

Such is life, I hit a "dead spot" on a padded pole.

So what do you have here? I think it moves up to the mid 40s where I intend to bail on half.
