New lows drop below 50! When it was above 100, the market moved up. Now do you think the market is going to move in the opposite direction? NK: With New Lows below 50 compared to above 100 in days past, we seem to be seeing a drying up of the selling... Everyone knows that the FED will raise rates by 1/4% next Tuesday... That's already factored in to the market... Also, the bullish sentiment has dropped below 50% for the first time in over 35 weeks... So, I think we go up from here or within the next week... Jim
