Howard, I never thought digibill was "part" of PABN, as in owned by PABN. I have understood that PABN has a marketing agreement covering North and South America. This "revelation" that you and others are having is amazing to me. PABN does not own it, all they are doing is selling it.

As far as public disclosure goes, there are two basic issues here. The first has to do with the company publicly releasing the information that has been promised. I too am disappointed as I've said before. The second issue has to do with shareholders' rights. Did you ever exercise your rights as a shareholder and examine the books? As far as I am concerned, any shareholder who has not exercised his or her rights has no basis for complaining about not knowing.

As for the contrarian theory, you may be correct. There is a lot of interest in this company and in this stock.

As far as a future suspension in trading goes, I strongly doubt it. Suspensions are usually for some serious violation of SEC rules. You may feel like the company's actions are serious, but the SEC does not agree. Not only that, but any suspension (which j has called for on more than one occasion) would only hurt shareholders, not the company (which explains j's championing of the idea now that I think about it).
