I wouldn't trust that ISOMAN. David Sirk says he's a basher... As for the shares.... I think this is going to make a great movie someday. Maybe they'll call it the PABN Witch Project..... enh enh..catchy title, eh... I find the share count, fundamentals, state of incorporation, blah blah blah, is irrelevant in these otc stocks... I've seen stocks clearly worth more than 1 cent, trade at 1 cent... and I've seen stocks clearly worthless, trade at $1 Heck..look at UPCA...aids cure...and people bought it for $$$$.. It's more like the game of RISK (milton bradley I think)
