I did a little research on Covati and Janhsen. First off the only reference that I can find to them is on Yahoo, where just about anybody can list themselves. It is exactly the info that has been listed elsewhere.

Karl Janhsen is listed at the AICPA as having an accreditation in business valuation. But the company listed for him there is Premiere Business Appraisals in Islandia.

The address that is given for their office was apparently until recently a pet supply center - Town and Country Pet Food and Supplies. It is a non residential building on 3/4 acres. They appear to be the only tenants.

Evidently the two accountants named as being Covati and Janhsen are both licensed with the State of New York as CPA's:
Matthew J. Covati - License No: 067881
Date of Licensure : 05/05/92
and Karl H. Janhsen - License No: 065396
Date of Licensure : 04/04/91
