So here we go on Wednesday, August 18, 1999 this was posted: 1.86Billion authorized, 1.12 billion outstanding. ragingbull.com Yet the PABN/PRWT web site still says: Distribution of shares There are approximately 820 million shares outstanding of which almost 300 million are in the public float. The balance is closely held. The total number of shares authorized is 1.1 billion. panambancorp.com These 300 million shares have just walked off so recently that they haven't gotten around to updating their web site? Well look at this, that page on their web site was last modified Friday morning. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. Last Modified: Friday, August 20, 1999 9:35:51 AM Local time I guess they just forgot to tell the public about their exploding share counts.
