I spent some time in a band called "Sal Fortunato and the Fabulous Sting Rays" when I was in college. The band still exists and so does the aging Rock Star, Sal. He plays regularly in saloons in the Chicago area. However, I've been replaced with some very good looking new Sting Rays of a different gender! He's a computer guy by day and a rock star by night! If you have a chance, he's fun to watch! Here's his next "gig": ---------------------------------------------- Sal and the Fabulous Stingrays will be hitting the Stage at MCGEE'S TAVERN 950 W. Webster at 10:00 this Thursday Aug. 26. Come on out for a great time and the best chicken wings in Chicago! Possible special guests include: Johnny Fontaine, Big John, Spiderman, and Elvis. Sal welcomes back Terry Higgins (Saxaphone virtuoso(also bass(also piano))) and ace drummer James Knowles. We are giving you the day off on Friday so be there!!!
