John: Excuse the misnomer. I think it's clear that they intend to sell/float a subsidiary. The are actually making money and servicing the debt. Don't you think it odd that an Internet company is lowly rated because it took on debt, rather then dilution, and despite the fact that it is making money today rather than promises of tomorrow, like so many others?
