I really don't get what is going on here. Can anyone tell me why the price of rgo is languishing in the face of the highest oil prices in two years? I have thought about bailing out on many occasions but right when I am about the pull the trigger it rises to the mid to high seven range. Any thoughts as to where rgo is going over the next 6 to 12 months?
