No, I didn't notice anything at all that referred to
WestAmerica or their intentions. Didn't even notice
a building permit. (Not to say there wasn't one. Shouldn't
have been but could have been inside somewhere.)
On the back row of motel rooms there were about four cars
parked in front of a couple of rooms. Could have been workers
living there temporarily as part of their payment.
It was very early on Sunday morning.
There was more development going on within a few miles of
property than I saw last time I was by. All looked very nice.
