Introduction Market Data Compact

Today WACC hit an all-time new low, 2/32, and traded lower as well, 3/32 x 4/32. And this on the very day that the company president issued a positive press release outlining "the most significant step in WestAmerica's 9-year history... establishing the company as a multi-million dollar timeshare developer in the strongest marketplace in the world"..... Well, when is WACC going to rise in price? Any comments appreciated.
