i think i'll go soak some corn flakes in a bowl of scotch! Steve, why waste perfectly good corn flakes? :o) I do most of my physical work on the weekends and here is what I do for my Arthritis. Take a jar of white raisins and soak them in a bowl of Vodka. Eat a dozen or so every morning and then Saturday eat what's left and drink the juice. By then I can't feel the Arthritis much less anything else. <ggg> Keith
