Hi Steve, I discovered that carrying a van-full of furniture, clothing and who-knows-whatelse up three flights of stairs in 92 deg F heat (and equal humidity) isn't as easy as it once was! Neither was the hour or so on my hands and knees assembling the bed loft's superstructure or the #^%&(&%@ Futon!!!! (BTW, Japanese dictionary definition of FUTON - uncomfortable couch that magically transforms itself into uncomfortable bed!) With every layer of my clothing drenched in sweat, what's left of my meager hair plastered to my head, stars spinning in my eyes and a case of the whirlies worse than after a bad night with a bottle of cheap brandy, I finally finished the tasks and quick gulped about a half gallon of agua and a couple of asprin. As I was getting a Futon Erection Prize it occurred that my youngest will be heading off to college in another seven years! Guess I'm going to have to stay in some form of shape for that event!!! Today was easy; spread 150 lbs. of fertilizer, trimmed around all my trees, etc. and spent about 2-3 hours gleefully riding around on my mower. Ahhh, the joys of home ownership! Best regards, Tom
