Hi, Tom. I did the "daughter off to college" routine two weeks ago, and had a similar 3rd floor 92 degrees situation to deal with as well. However, when we pulled up to the dorm, we were instructed to unload the Jeep at curbside and then go immediately to the parking area. After unloading, a group of upper-class students swarmed on the belongings and whisked them up to her room in nothing flat. I didn't have to carry anything myself. Then, when I made arrangements to "lease" the bed/loft structure, some guy came in and put it all together for us. And here I brought my screwdriver for nothing. The six-hour drive was a real pain in the butt, however. It's now pretty quiet here at home with our one and only gone. <sigh> Sincerely, RFH
