JIM: SSTI looks headed to test the August 8 and 20 highs around 18 3/8. After that it will be the May 31,1996 high of 20 1/2 The RSR has stayed at 100 since late July.Today it started the day down, but finished well with good up volume in the last 5 minutes. I would keep a short stop at 16 3/8 Bernard
