WESTON, Fla., Sep 10, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- TheSubway.com Announces Investment Opinion on Peacock Financial Corp. (OTCBB: PFCK) with a "Strong Buy" rating. Peacock Financial Corp. (OTCBB: PFCK) recently retained Capital Research Group Inc. (CRG) as their full service public relations firm. Through it's database of experienced investors and it's network of investment professionals, CRG plans to dramatically increase the exposure of PFCK's story. PFCK announced that they have become a 35% equity partner in DOTCOM Ventures LLC which as been formed to evaluate potential internet opportunities and to assist corporate clients with their on-line business strategies. The company's wholly owned subsidiary, Peacock Development Corporation, has entered into a joint venture agreement with Covenant Development Inc. to build 33 homes in San Jacinto. This agreement is worth $4.6 million. This project is the first phase of a total of 76 home project, with a combined gross sales value of $11 million. These building sites are owned by a Limited Liability Corporation of which Peacock Development is a 50% managing partner. CRG feels the stock is a great buy, currently trading at around the .12 - .15 range. CRG plans to do an intense public relations campaign to alert new experienced investors of this opportunity. CRG feels that the stock could be trading at the .50 range in the short term.
