We need an operative in Mexico to check this out. <g>

From McDonald's Q2 report, systemwide restaurants numbered 25,341 as of June 30, of which only 150 were in Mexico. Perhaps they're testing in Mexico because that's their worst-case environment wrt water quality. Also, it's one of their smaller markets at the moment so they can test at minimal cost.
