AVII:
The heaviest up-tick volume was around 12.25PM it carried the stock from 3.675 to 5.5.

The second heaviest intra-day volume was around 12.30PM when it made the intra-day high at 5.875, but it came down to 4.75.(volume at 12.25PM 97,400 at 12.30PM 152,200.)

The heaviest volume for the day was around 12.55 PM(156,300)That apparently was on up-ticks since the 5 minute range was L4.593 H5.125 C4.876.

The volume was rather low for the rest of the day as it drifted down to the 3.75 area.

The stock was unquestionably quite volatile during the day after the news.

The report on the studies was based on experiments on the rabbit, so I guess we can expect for it to drift lower since any human tests seem to be pretty long time ahead.

The stock, however, seems to have a small float and the short ratio reportedly was up to 25%, so may be we could see some fireworks there yet.

Regards and good luck.

Bernard
