This just begs the question of who Celestina Pugliese is (CRD# 2551899). Wife of Faustino? Sister? (My guess is sister). Just how much of a related party transaction may be taking place with this acquisition of Teachdaq (Faustino's company)? Also interesting is the common thread that runs through Castle Securities. Just how big a role could Castle Securities be playing here in the entire PABN/PRWT story?
